Form large circle.(3) players take positions in the middle. Handballs come from circle into the middle. Circle player player follows handball in, middle player handballs out and follows and ball continues. Use 1, 2 or 3 footys.

Players handball to a running player in the middle of the drill who forwards the ball to the next corner. The original handballer follows his handball into the middle and then recieves from the next corner and so on.
Hand Skills

Players in groups of four carry ball forward whilst hand balling to another member of the four and then to the next four at the other end. Handball selection can be mixed up – the ball does not have to go to the player next to you.
