Stretching Exercises Warmup (Group)

Stretching is the prevention for soft tissue injury. (Photos of exercises inc.)

Warmup Stretching.

Take your time (which will save you time) and stretch properly as this is the prevention for soft tissue injury.

Generally 20/30 secs each side with 3 reps.
