Why do the VCFL need to have Peter Knights (ex AFL Coach) coaching the VCFL 1 side with his assistant John Cossar coaching the VCFL 2 side?

Charles Plumb was a US Navy jet pilot in Vietnam. After 75 combat missions, his plane was destroyed by a surface-to-air missile. Plumb ejected and parachuted into enemy hands. He was captured and spent 6 years in a communist Vietnamese prison.
Kicking and Crumbing Drill

The drill is designed to crumb in front, after receiving the ball balance up decide (2 options) which player will receive your kick.
Place the kick out in front of the leading player so he can continue to run at full pace.
