From a fellow member who is looking for ideas to counter the opposition.

Looking for ideas on beating a team that pushes all there forwards up as a zone in the midfield once they gain possession in there forward line.
They also have a dominant ruckman and can beat us at clearances. We are setting up on the outside to try to reduce the impact of run and spread.
