I find myself struggling to get the message through to some of the boys.

In brief a couple of my players are in the transition of leaving school and beginning their

working careers, and this for various reasons is impacting on their motivation and attitude towards training.

At this particular moment I have probably half the side giving me 110% and the otherhalf being distracted by 3 to 5 players with discipline & attitude problems.

Having played senior football, I am at this stage reverting back to some old school tactics in dealing with these discipline and attitude problems but unfortunately its still not sinking in.

I would be happy to receive any information/advice you have to offer regarding ( training drills, managing difficult players, strategies and any motivational ideas ) you have that could contribute to bringing some of these boys back in line .
